Connecting Students with Resources (C.A.R.E)

                      Connecting Students with Resources
Process:
For the start of this project, my job was to gain knowledge of the campus resource I would be representing. With this came mind-mapping, and sketching possible poster ideas. The main objective of this project was to gain inspiration from an art style, and create a poster in that realm. I chose to base mine on Dadaism, with the hope to create a somewhat "uncomfortable" poster, but with action that my audience could take away from.
The next step was Font Studies!!
Poster iterations! Before any critique, I had a very different idea for what I thought I wanted my poster to look like. Here is a look into that journey.
Project Objective:
Using the defining formal design characteristics and style from your design history research, you will design a poster that would appeal to your audience. What you include from your historical research and how you use it is up to you. You should be able to identify and explain your design choices.

You will be identifying student problems or challenges (as you, the students see them) and researching resources available for supporting students with these problems. You will then make a poster to educate students about these resources as a way to address these problems. These problems or challenges could apply to art students in particular or UNL students at large.
